Service Excellence  atau Pelayanan Prima yaitu suatu pelayananan yang dilakukan sebaik mungkin untuk para pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan menjadi merasa puas. Tujuan dalam pelayanan prima adalah dapat memenuhi dan memuaskan keinginan dan kebutuhan para pelanggan sehingga perusahaan mendapat keuntungan yang diharapkan. Manfaat dalam pelayanan prima adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan ataupun kepada para pelanggan dan mengembangkan penyusunan standar pelayanan. Service Excellence sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh seorang Customer Service yaitu semua kegiatan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kepuasan melalui pelayanan yang dilakukan. Maka dari itu untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya perlu diadakan pelatihan tentang Service Excellence  untuk Customer Service.
